By not having pre-populated fields, it allows them to get people that are interested in their webinar as they have to go through the effort of manually putting in their information. 

This method is great for getting leads information and then bringing them through the customer’s journey. 

Klaviyo also has a confirmation message for the leads in the thank you screen after giving their information. This gives them an idea of what to expect from Klaviyo in the future.
