So if you are ready to start generating leads, here are 3 brilliant Facebook Lead Ad examples that you can learn from to get ideas for your digital marketing strategy.

Brilliant Facebook Lead Ad Examples From Brands

Example #1: Carousel Lead Ads

The example shown above is from a company called Airstream. They are an American brand of travel trailers.

The strategy that they are using is a carousel lead ad for a high ticket item. The images in the carousel lead ad work alongside the free guide they are offering to give the prospect a better idea of what type of information is inside.

This helps the prospect determine for themselves if it’s worth providing their information and if they are really interested.

This strategy is good for high ticket items because only leads that are interested in buying a trailer will want to take a look at their free guide. They are probably researching the type of trailer they want, and the guide would be useful to them.

Key Takeaway: Using a carousel lead ad to showcase your lead magnet helps incentivize prospects to give their information. It gives them a better idea of what information is in the guide and if it’s something that would be beneficial to them.

This is a method that could work well for a Furniture Store, Real Estate Agent, or a Car Salesperson.

Example #2: Long-Form Lead Ads To Find Qualified Leads

The example above is from Digital Marketer. They are an online community for digital marketers to learn and grow their skills.

The strategy that they are using is a long-form lead ad to pre-qualify their leads and then having a phone call to close the sale as the follow-up.

Since the lead took the time to fill out their long-form, they probably want to speak with them about their business. Otherwise, they wouldn’t have taken the time to fill in the form.

The follow-up strategy that Digital Marketer is using is the same as the offer they are using to generate leads, a 30-minute phone call with an agent.

By doing a 30-minute phone call along with a long-form lead ad, it gives them the information they need to help close the sale during the phone call and allows them to pre-qualify their leads with the form by asking lots of questions. It prevents them from wasting their time calling leads that wouldn’t benefit from their services.

When doing short-form lead ads, you are just gathering as many leads as possible, and you aren’t able to pre-qualify them because they are only submitting basic information about themselves. It’s a better strategy for companies who just want to grow their email lists.

Key Takeaway: Long-form lead ads are great for pre-qualifying your leads and generating a list that wants to speak with you. This is because people who aren’t truly interested in your business won’t take the time to fill in a long-form to speak with an agent. It helps you properly follow-up with leads to close the sale and to avoid the ones that will waste your time.

This method would be great for a service business to try such as Consultants, Accountants, Lawyers, and Marketing Agencies. Any business that requires certain qualifications for their leads could benefit from this method.

Example #3: Not Having Pre-Populated Fields In Your Lead Form

The final example above is from a company called Klaviyo. They are an email service provider that does pre-built automated email marketing. They are encouraging their viewers to use their software through their webinar by providing them with content to build authority and trust.

The strategy that they are using for this lead ad is not having pre-populated fields in their Facebook Lead Form and utilizing the confirmation message.

By not having pre-populated fields, it allows them to get people that are interested in their webinar as they have to go through the effort of manually putting in their information.

This method is great for getting leads information and then bringing them through the customer’s journey.

Klaviyo also has a confirmation message for the leads in the thank you screen after giving their information. This gives them an idea of what to expect from Klaviyo in the future.

Making a confirmation message often gets overlooked, but should be taken advantage of when doing Facebook Lead Ads.

Here is what Klaviyo used as their confirmation message:

“Thank you for registering for Klaviyo’s webinar on January 14, 2020 at 11 am ET. We’ve received your info, and will be in touch shortly. While we’d love for you to tune in live, we’ll be sending the webinar recording out afterward in case you can’t attend or need to leave early. Thanks again!”

They utilized the confirmation message by reminding the leads when the webinar is, letting them know to expect an email from them with more information about the webinar, and that they will also be getting a follow-up email after the webinar.

Using your confirmation message helps to ensure your leads attend your webinar, and it also helps when you want to send them a follow-up email.

When Klaviyo sends a follow-up email with a recording of the webinar, this gives them the opportunity to close a sale by email if they couldn’t during the webinar.

Key Takeaways: Not using pre-populated fields and utilizing the confirmation message is a good strategy when using Facebook Lead Ads. It lets you warm-up your leads before taking them through the sales process.

Companies that sell big-ticket items, software, online class packages, or an expensive service could use this method. If you do a webinar, it can be a great chance to build authority and show that you are knowledgeable about your industry.

These examples of Facebook Lead Ads are different strategies that you can try using for your business to bring in leads.

However, No matter how great your Facebook Lead Ad strategy is, if you leave your leads unattended, they can go cold and no longer have an interest in your business.

And currently, Facebook is not able to automate the process of collecting your leads into a database and responding to them immediately.

Make The Process Easier

According to a study done by Inside Sales, there is a 900% increase in contact rates when you call your lead within 5 minutes versus 10 mins after filling in an online web form.

They say that the best time to contact a lead is within 5 minutes, otherwise, the chance to reach them decreases by 10 times after the first 5 minutes.

The issue with having to contact your lead immediately is that most businesses do not operate for 24 hours. Leads could come in at midnight or when you are in a meeting, putting you in a position of not being able to make contact with your new leads till a later time. But with LeadsTunnel, you won’t have to worry about that.

With LeadsTunnel, you are able to send an automated message as soon as your lead has subscribed to your offer. You have the option to send a single email or SMS to let your leads know what to expect next from your business.
